Refund and Returns Policy
আমাদের ফেরত এবং রিটার্ন নীতি ৩ দিন স্থায়ী হয়। আপনার কেনাকাটার পর ৩ দিন অতিবাহিত হলে আমরা আপনাকে সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ ফেরত বা বিনিময় অফার করতে পারি না।
ফেরত পাওয়ার জন্য, আপনার আইটেমটি অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত এবং আপনি যে অবস্থায় পেয়েছেন সে অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে। এটি অবশ্যই মূল প্যাকেজিংয়ে থাকতে হবে।

আপনার রিটার্ন সম্পন্ন করতে, আমাদের একটি রশিদ বা ক্রয়ের প্রমাণ প্রয়োজন।
১. রিফান্ড
একবার আপনার রিটার্নটি গ্রহণ করে পর্যবেক্ষণ করা হয় আমরা আপনাকে একটি বার্তা পাঠাবো যাতে আপনাকে জানানো হবে যে আপনার ফেরত আইটেমটি আমরা পেয়েছি এবং আমরা আপনাকে আপনার অর্থ ফেরতর অনুমোদন সম্পর্কেও অবহিত করব। আপনি অনুমোদন দিলে আপনার রিটার্ন প্রক্রিয়াটি করা হবে এবং আপনাকে আপনার অর্থ সাত দিনের মধ্যে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
২. পণ্য পৌঁছানো সংক্রান্ত তথ্য
আপনার পণ্য ফেরত দিতে আপনাকে আপনার পণ্যটি আমাদের এড্রেসে কুরিয়ার করে দিতে হবে। আপনার প্রোডাক্ট ফেরত দেওয়ার জন্য আপনার নিজের শিপিং খরচের জন্য আপনি দায়ী থাকবেন।
৩. রিটার্ন
আপনার প্রতিটি কেনাকাটা এবং প্রতিটি প্রোডাক্ট যাতে সঠিক থাকে আমরা সেই লক্ষ্যেই কাজ করে যাচ্ছি। এর পরও যদি কোন কারণে প্রোডাক্টের কোন ম্যানুফ্যাকচারিং ফল্ট থাকে বা প্রোডাক্ট হাতে পাওয়ার পর প্রোডাক্টের কালার বা সাইজ অর্ডার করা পণ্যের সাথে ভিন্ন হয় সেক্ষেত্রে পণ্য এক্সচেঞ্জ বা রিটার্ন করার সুযোগ রয়েছে। প্রোডাক্ট মিসিং বা বিভিন্ন প্রোডাক্ট কমপ্লেইন করার ক্ষেত্রে অবশ্যই ডেলিভারির সময় ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে প্রোডাক্ট বুঝে নিন অথবা অবশ্যই আনবক্সিং ভিডিও ধারণ করতে হবে। আনবক্সিং ভিডিও ধারণ ছাড়া প্যাকেজে প্রোডাক্ট মিসিং, প্রোডাক্ট কুরিয়ারে ভেঙেছে বা প্রোডাক্ট ডিফেক্ট এই ধরনের ইস্যু গ্রহণযোগ্য নয় তাই অবশ্যই প্রোডাক্ট আনবক্সিং ভিডিও ধারণ করার অনুরোধ করা যাচ্ছে। ASC থেকে আমরা প্রায় সকল প্রোডাক্ট এর ক্ষেত্রে তিন দিনের রিপ্লেসমেন্ট ওয়ারেন্টি দিয়ে থাকি।
যে সকল ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হবে নাঃ
- প্রোডাক্ট বার্ন বা ফিজিক্যাল ড্যামেজ হয়ে থাকলে।
- যেকোনো গিফট আইটেম বা পুরস্কার যাবে বিনামূল্যে দেওয়া হয়েছে।
- প্রোডাক্টে কোন স্ক্র্যাচ, দাগ বা রিসেলেবল কন্ডিশন না থাকলে।
- প্রোডাক্টে সাবান অথবা বিভিন্ন ধরনের স্প্রে জাতীয় জিনিসে ড্যামেজ হয়ে যাওয়া।
প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারির পাবার পর দ্রুত সময় মতে চেক করে যদি কোন প্রবলেম দেখতে পান তাহলে অবশ্যই আমাদেরকে জানাবেন।
Our refund and return policy lasts 3 days. We cannot offer you a full refund or exchange if 3 days have passed since your purchase.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
1. Refund
Once your return has been received and tracked we will send you a message letting you know that we have received your returned item and we will also notify you of the approval of your refund. If you approve, your return will be processed and you will be refunded within seven days.
2. Information regarding product arrival
To return your product you must courier your product to our address. You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your product.
3. Return
We strive to ensure that every purchase and every product you make is right. However, if for any reason there is a manufacturing fault in the product or the color or size of the product is different from the ordered product after receiving the product, there is an opportunity to exchange or return the product. In case of product missing or complaining about different products, you must understand the product in front of the delivery man at the time of delivery or you must record the unboxing video. A product missing in the package, a product broken in the courier, or a product defect is not acceptable without recording an unboxing video, so it is requested to record a product unboxing video. From ASC we offer a three-day replacement warranty on almost all products.
In cases where returns and refunds are not applicable:
- If the product is burnt or physically damaged.
- Any gift item or prize will be given free of charge.
- If the product has no scratches, stains, or resaleable condition.
- Damage caused by soap or various types of sprays on the product.
